A luminary is a person who is an expert, highly influential, or widely admired in a specific field. The term luminary also refers to a natural body that emits light, such as the sun or moon. In The National Luminary Society, we refer to that light as our knowledge, skillsets, integrity, and willingness to uplift ourselves and others while seeking nothing in return.

In regards to our overall community, coming together as one is essential as our community is extremely diverse and full of life. Most importantly, our youth does not have the old 1960’s mind frame. The National Luminary Society is not only a diverse organization, the NLS is innovative as well. 501c3’s are very restrictive along with many federal rules & guidelines. Being a for profit private company with a strong diverse supporter group is essential in privatizing and innovating community outreach services. Services such as: Web design & business seminars for young adults. Ethics classes for middle-aged children. Marketing & financial courses. Consulting & social media services for community organizations & not for profits. School & neighborhood events with local law enforcement. And much more.
